You can't...unless you can download it from somewhere (good luck trying to find a place to download it...)

Topher is an idiot. You will need a TV tuner card. If your laptop does not have one built in already, you will need to purchase a USB version, such as one of the Hauppauge WinTV PVR models.

install a tv card and record in winamp or media player.
