Is there a list of what companies are American owned, hire americans and do not outsource?

You will really have to do your homework. Supposedly some products not made in USA say that they are. Good luck.

That might be an impossible task. First of all, there is no repository listing showing point of origin for any product. You have to know that managing that would be impossible since there is nothing preventing a small company from importing products and selling them as long as they are properly labeled.

Your task is made harder by the fact that many companies source from a variety of countries. Most global companies have manufacturing plants in a variety of places around the world and might source based on market channel.

You are perhaps interested in making a statement about your support of American jobs. Have you considered the millions of American jobs created in the Marketing, packaging, trucking, and sourcing of globally sourced products?

Somet of the products that say made in U.S.A. are only assembled here. That is the Exception not the rule. In Ohio Honda provides a lot of jobs they are normally considered a foriegn Automobile though.
