ok im a 13 year old girl so i should know this! get her a CD (step up soundtrack is good!), DVDs (Devil Wears Prada, Titanic...), a shirt from American Eagle, Hollister, or some good sotre like that- maybe clearance section! (you find really goodstuff there if you are on a budget!) so here are some ideas i hope whatever you pick out she likes! <3

Well I fit into that age group well and $20 bucks can go a long way, trust me. I spent $40 on 3 friends that age. If she likes girly stuff, a spa basket is excellent. Go to Wal-Mart buy a little wicker basket for, like, $8. In the cosmetics section buy some foot/hand scrub, nail polish, nail files, lotions,bath beads, stuff like that. Not into that stuff? Can't go wrong with handheld electric massager ($10 at Khols) and/or one of those sleep mask things (cute ones at Clares). Still nothing? Gift certificate to the mall.

Get her a CD. If she likes country, get Carrie Underwood. Hip-Hop? Fergie. If she's a rock fan, Green Day. Alternative, Five For Fighting. Pop, Aly and AJ.

Maybe just get her a gift certificate to her favorite store. Whenever my friends don't know what to get me, that's what they do. That way, they got me the present, but I can pick out what I want at the store.
Either that, or just ask her what she wants. That way, she can tell you some things that she would like, even though she'll know what she is getting.

How about a stocking or basket filled with her favorite candies, soda, lip glosses, etc. It'll be a refreshing change from the clothes, shoes and gift cards.

Find out what cologne she likes, and get her some cologne, or give her a gift card to a store that she really likes, and she can pick out her own gift!
