The pressure is completely normal, and it gets worse with each pregnancy. Laying down can help, so can buying a special belly belt made for pregnant women. The pressure just means the baby is growing and maybe even dropping down further into the birth canal.

I've had really bad pelvic pressure since about 37 weeks, and now I'm 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant and it's even worse now, to the point where I can barely get out of bed and stand.
The only thing that helps me at all is I heat a wet towel and put it in a zip lock bag and hold it on my back and groin area. It seems to help a little bit. Also, you could try a warm bath (not too hot though). I can't do that because I only have a shower, but I heard it helps some.
Good luck and congrats! :)

The pelvic pressure is more than likely a sign that your baby has engaged into the birthing position! Yeah! It shouldn't be too much longer since you are already considered full term. I wouldn't worry about it but you can always ask your doctor at your next weekly visit.

It's only the baby putting pressure on you. It's normal and it also happens to me and i'm 38 weeks pregnant. You're closer to deliver than you think.

i think your soreness. I had that significantly too. i myself had to do business from abode because of it. as well the pillow between your knees, my record informed me to positioned a heating pad on my pelvic bone. take a seat on the heating pad or merely positioned it between your legs so that is touching your pelvic bone. sturdy success and also you do not have a lot longer to watch for that little miracle!!

your baby has dropped and you're preparing for labor. sit down for an hour and count how many times the baby moves. if it is less than see call your doctor. also for that hour time your contractions, if they become 15s-5 mins apart call your dr. and prepare to go to the hospital.

it's probably that the baby is sitting really low. I've had horrible pressure and pain since about 36 weeks.
