Naruto is a manga by Masashi Kishimoto that was later adapted into a TV anime series. The series is mainly about Uzumaki Naruto who wants to become a Hokage, the most powerful ninja of his village. Naruto is shunned by people especially during his childhood, because of the Nine-tailed demon fox sealed inside him. He constantly seeked for attention and recognition, usually by doing pranks. When he finally graduated in the Academy, he was teamed with Haruno Sakura, a girl with a not-so-good childhood being mocked because of her forehead, and Uchiha Sasuke, Naruto's rival (who became his best friend too)whose clan was killed by his brother. Their sensei was Hatake Kakashi, the famous Copy-nin.
The series contains plenty of action, balanced with humor and drama. It focuses on Naruto's growth and development as a ninja along with his friends. Most of their personalities are influenced by their backgrounds and experiences.
The fighting scenes are really good, including the techniques and bloodline limits. I must say that this work (especially the battles) is really well done and carefully planned. The twists in the story and battles are excellent (for me, but it is safe to say that most think the same too).

My friends love it but I watched one episode where it was all wierd. Naruto was dying and he said to Sauske
"I hate you," then Sauske said
"I hate you too I never liked you"
So that is why I dislike Naruto

its a anime show about these teenage ninjas in a ninja academy. cool if u like that stuff. it has shiruken and ninjutsus and stuff. try to avoid the american english version. they cut the blood out.
oh and amber, they become friends later in the show, i believe.
