I am between 28 and 32.
I have 2 tens.
What number am I?

It is the only number between 28 and 32 (excluding 28) that has a 2 in the tens place.

I see what the above answer says, but I think it would be more correct to say 30: 10 X 4 - 10 = 30. It is also perfectly between 28 and 32...................

Between 28 and 29 narrows it dows to : 29, 30, 31, and 32
From these numbers, only 29 has a two in the tens place.
