Yes I think a movie Eldest will be made but I dont know when
Eldest is the second book in the Inheritance trilogy, written by Christopher Paolini. It is the sequel to Eragon. Eldest was first published in hardcover on August 23, 2005, and is scheduled for release in paperback in September 2006. Eldest has also been released in audiobook and ebook formats. Like Eragon, Eldest became a New York Times bestseller.

I will assume you are talking about the movie sequel to eragon? If so I think that will depend on how well the first movie does. If I had to guess I would say that it will.
