If an electric razor says wet/dry does that mean you can use it in the shower? I'm looking for one as a gift.

Yup. If it is wet/dry you can use it in the shower or with shaving cream (outside of the shower). I use Norelco Cool Skin which is wet/dry and I love it. The lotion that it dispenses while I shave makes irritation non-existent.
