I want to know how I can fit in with the people in california, every tip, every slang word... every possible thing i cant do! And a weight range I need to be in, please educate me, and lemme know your sources, preferably real experience would be nice.. :) thanx !!!

Why ! wouldn't you much rather be yourself and not pretend to be someone else - I bet you are really cute and have a wonderful personality - now you want to be like somebody else - people would much rather you be different - they are around those silly California people all the time - you are a breath of fresh air to them
it's kind of like wanting to go to England and speak like all the other English people - they love to hear other accents besides theirs - Just be you cutey - and don't worry about what others think of you !

Buy a pair of chucks (Converse), wear your finger nails long, talk street, have posters of cute rappers or singers, and buy some high fashion clothes (Rocawear, Babyphat, etc...)
