Well, Black Americans did benefit in some ways because of WWII, but were denied many of the direct benefits that other Americans enjoyed.
Many Black contributed greatly to the war effort, both behing the lines and in actual combat. While rampant racism existed in the armed forces, there were a few "cracks" that developed in the old beliefs that Blacks were not good in combat. One well know example is the Tuskeegee flyers and another is the Red Ball Express.
Jobs were the most direct benefit at home. Many rural blacks didn't get anything from the war efforts dollars, while others particularly in the Northern industrial cities got good manufacturing jobs. This led to a large migration of blacks from rural Southern states to Northern cities in hopes of those jobs, but in many cases the employment did not pan out so they wound up living in ghettos in chicago and detroit, etc.
Also, a big benefit of returning veterans was the GI Bill that provided education and home loans. This was so huge it spurred construction at every university in the country, raised out level of education and also created million of home owners that flocked to the suburbs, which tended to be mostly white. Blacks were not given these benefits so the Black communities could not get out of the cycle of poor education and poverty.
Eventually, and I really think you need to make this point, the atmosphere worldwide after WWII was one of freedom and human rights and civil rights. Places that were colonies now wanted independence. People that were oppressed now demanded equal rights. There was a worldwide explosion of awareness that there were injustices everywhere, even here in the US, and that those injustices could not go on. We were hipocrits for demonizing the Nazis when a Black man could not drink out of a public drinking fountain.
That' the environment for change...and that what led to the victories of the Civil Rights movement.

NO ONE 'benefited' from WWII (or any other war) .
The only good thing is that some one who was being attacked, succeeded in defending themselves.
Hitler and Japan wanted to rule the planet and Hitler wanted to eliminate Jews, and the Japanese tried to decimate the Chinese and were eventually beaten back
BUT no one benefited - their countries survived and they kept their freedom but millions of Jews and Chinese along with lots of French, British and Americans paid with their lives .
Who came up with this non-sequiter about benefit ?
