Al Davis hired Art Shell who was a failure in his first term as head coach. Davis continues to draft and aquire players that have problems mentally and fundamentally. Davis makes the team play the same game plans they were running in the 70's.

Absolutely. Al doesn't seem to know where he is anymore. Great in the 70's, bad in the 00's. You can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

Yes, and he ruined a great baseball park in Oakland when he build that Davis Mountain and blocked the view.

Unless he hands control of football operations to someone who knows what they're doing, the raiders will continue to suck.

haha the raiders will always suck no matter who is running the team...they should just quit playin football and do...oh yea i think they already quit playin cuz they been shut out like 4 times this year hahahahaha

As long as he's around, the NFL will continue to never let his team win. The league is obviously biased against them...so it's really pointless for them to even try. Once he passes on, you'll see this team to start turn around.
