Normally servers will have the ftp prefix, so if your website is at www.myisp.com, then you would ftp to ftp.myisp.com
Most commonly, ftp is on port 21.
The website directory should be something like HTML, or WWW, or possibly MYISP.COM (or whatever your domain name is if you are having one hosted somewhere).

Also, you may have a seperate user name and password specifically set up for ftp access. You should check the documentation you received from you isp when you signed up. If you are having your site hosted, you should be able to log on to the hosting provider and set up or change the ftp logons.
