If it involves people...I usually pay them no mind until they can act civil. If it involves my house or job...I am extremely proactive. I don't want my problems with those to self correct me out on the streets.

Yes sometimes I do that and it either straightens out, gets worse, or I cease to care about it. Depending on the problem.

Yes, I do that most of the time instead of doing it myself because I know I'll end up doing something stupid that will only make it worse
