Here is a tradition that is fun and exciting for the little ones:
Take a large pair of work boots, cover the soles in flour or cornstarch and make "footprints" of snow on the carpet.
Start from the chimney, to the cookies, over to the tree, etc. and back towards the chimney. The cleanup/vacuuming is easy and just seeing the delight on their faces when they wake up Christmas morning and realize Santa had been to their house is priceless!

Now we get exhilaration from the Scrooge tale, The Grinch who stole Christmas,"particularly whilst he took the little piece of cheese from the mouse. Now days i like to hearken to most of the Christmas carols. Christmas day we can pass to all our youngsters and notice what Santa has left for them. it is going to constantly be a particular time for me besides the very undeniable fact that i don't have self assurance all of this anymore however the putting looks so non violent

On Christmas Eve:
Go to candlelight church service, eat a tamale dinner, wait until midnight for fireworks, share a favorite Christmas memory, open one present (usually pijamas).
Christmas Morning:
Kids wake us up early, get some coffee, open presents and wish we were in some snow. We like to open the gifts one by one so we can see everyones reactions.

We have this one shirt box that has been recycled every year. It has these giant orange, pink and yellow daisies on it and looks like it's straight out of the Brady Bunch's house. It's been in the family for at least 25 years and I suspect it's been around since before I was born. Every year a different family member gets a gift wrapped in "the box". When that gift gets opened and everyone sees "the box" we all cheer.

Every year my family comes over and we have christmas at my house (just my close close family). After everyone has gotten to my house, they put all their presents under our tree, and we all have dinner, we all clean up together we all sit in the living room.
One person gets picked every year to hand out the presents and we have desert. Its fun and I love our tradition.

we usually get up, have a full breakfast and open presents. Then we stuff our selves silly on christmas lunch, manage to play a family game at the table like trivial pursuit, then collapse where we fall.
