A pregnancy isn't likely, the start up for your cycle again varies, but it's not right after giving birth. Especially if you are breast feeding, not to be counted on though.
But a lot of gals that have all the babies they want to have are getting the tubals at the same time of giving birth. Saves not having to be in the hospital 2 times. Ask your Doc.
