If you're attempting to connect to a wireless network and you are being prompted for a key, you will have to get it from whoever administers the wireless network. This is a security feature often used by wireless networks to allow only authorized users on the network and keep random users from freeloading.

Hi Dude,
I am guessing you mean the MAC address.
If you click start --> run
then type in CMD and hit return
in the command prompt type: ipconfig /all
Find the network adapter that you would like to get the MAC address of and it will be listed.
Hope that helps.
