Can tampons make your period shorter? When ever I use tampons, my period is about 4 days long. Do the tampons absorb more blood, or do I just have a short period? Thanks!

Tampons do not effect the length of your period. You just have a short period.

Tampons have nothing to do with the length of your period. It just makes it a little easier to manage.

you're just having a short period. tampons (or pads for that matter) do not affect the flow rate at all.

Tamons don't affect the way your body works- you've just got a short period.

I don't think so. There's always been suspicion that they make it longer. Your cycle is probably changing and you're fortunate to have a shorter period.
