Carrot top, (and this one is rude but heard it in a movie - ginger pubes - so plz dont report me on it), and i guess just the usual ones. And btw I dont have a ginger friend. But do have 3 cousins with red hair :D

I have a ginger husband (who is also my friend so I guess it qualifies) and I call him the BFG (Big Fat Ginger) - in a loving, jokey way of course - although he was miffed when he found out what it actually meant, he thought it was Big Friendly Ginger!
