Not sure, he really should go see a doctor right away. It might just be inflamation. But if it is something serious then you defnitly dont want to put it off.

I know a lot of soldiers that got injected with all sorts of weird stuff in case of chemical or biological warfare. This could be a side effect of that. Urologist, pronto.

NO NO NO!!! don't listen to those people who says to go to a doctor... FIRST stop having sex with him for 2 days and tell him NOT to masturbrate. guys penis hurts becuase that they have been working it too much and its perfectly fine...
