If I am the black man the last thing you have to worry about is being arrested. Hopefully the stab victim will stop breathing before he can get the word out of YOUR mouth.

Simply calling someone a name to their face is not a violation of anyone's rights; the problem ensues when the person feels threatened at work or at home, or physical threats or attacks accompany the verbal abuse.
And where do you get that Jesse Jackson would sue someone for using a name?

You can't be arrested for calling a black a ni99er even if he didn't stab you. It's not a crime to hurt someones feelings.
