My parents, my brother, my cousin, a bunch of my ex boyfriends, some of my teachers, alot of people who used to be my friends, and that's pretty much it.
I don't understand them.
How can they not know me anymore, when they never even knew me to begin with....

Yes but I changed because it was needed and they couldn't understand that. We don't talk that much anymore. It's makes me sad sometimes but I'm not going to dewell on it.

I'm pretty sure Ive heard that at least once in my life. whether they mean it or not though its not possible for them to not know you anymore. they are clinging to a past that no longer exists. whether that be your fault or theirs depends on who changed and for what reasons.

yep- I hadn't seen them in 10 years...we both thought it was funny how much we had changed. However we had memories to share and that brought us to being friends again.
