My wife wants breast implants and I think she would look great with them. My question is how big do you think she should go?? She is about 5'4", 115-120 lbs, dancer legs, six pack abs, and very active. I don't want her to go too big, but I want her to go big enough to wear she want think that she went too small either.
Thanks for the opinions.

My wife isn't insecure at all. I love her the way she is, but she just feels like this is something she would like to do for herself, and I don't have a problem with it.

The plastic surgeon will tell you what size they should be based on her body type and lifestyle...many have computers that take a picture of you and then show you what you would look like with various sizes...i would say a C cup but let the doc help her make the decision...good luck

what's the starting point? what cup size is she now? possibly a D cup would be good for 5'4", 120 lbs frame... really though... just go to a cheap store and get bras that have the same rib number as she has now, but get different acending cups sizes. take them home, and suff em' put a put a shirt over and have a look. see what looks best. (it'd be a fun night for the two of you anyways!)

With her weight and size probably a C cup maybe 36 but before it's done she should talk to other women who have gone through the procedure she also needs to consider why she wants to do it.
Is she doing it for her, for you, or both or is it just vanity? Like anything else there can be drawbacks for instance most women find out there nipples are less sensitive after the procedure there cloths won't fit and alot of places don't carry larger bra sizes she will have to go to specialty stores. It's alot to think about.........

Getting implants can become a health problem. I know how she feels wanting larger breasts. Mine got naturally big I was a 34B in my twenties now I'm a 36DD in my forties. I'm not a large person either. I'm a petite 5' 1.5" tall. She can have mine. I wish I could go back to a 34B without surgery.

Go with porportional for her hips and waist. Maybe one size larger.
Just spent $9500 on cosmetics for my wife, to help her with her insecurity and depression. We were sepearated by the time the stiches were out. Hope your wife isn't looking for an answer to insecurity and depression because that won't do it. Good Luck.

She's the same size as me, and I went with 34DD. They don't look gigantic. And they are a great accessory to any outfit! LOL
Why do people assume that women with implants are insecure?I think they are jealous because they don't have A. the money or B. the guts, to do it themselves.

Breast Implants surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

Hope this helps.
