It would be easier to go tell you boss to go get stuffed, if you really want to lose you job that bad.
Firewall rules are in place for a reason, and bypassing them is a firing offence in every company I have ever worked for.
And you will be caught. Proxies pop up all the time, and are blocked soon after by an active IT department. Anyone who is going to them is flagged and brought to the attention of their boss, who usually fires them.

You agreed to work for pay, now it's time to live up to that agreement instead of trying to goof off on myspace.

HEHEHE...first it was schoolkids now it's office workers! My previous job I couldn't get on myspace, but I didn't complain about it. The job I had before that, during my employment, I took a 9-day vacation. When I came back, they had a printout of all websites I had visited and how long I spent on the internet. Needless to say, I lost all access to the internet and have learned my lesson (well, somewhat).

You have a firewall. I wouldn't get passed it if it will end up costing you your job. Most businesses put that up so to prevent their employees from using the computer for their own personal gain. Some people at my old job got fired for doing that sort of thing. Is it worth the problem later on?

megaproxy.com

They assign rotating URLs to use, and everything is SSL-encrypted meaning it is near impossible for your employer to sniff out the content of your traffic. Best of all, if the administrators block the site, you won't have to wait long before a new URL is used.

I would be more worried about my job when they find out you are breakin the rules and they WILL find out! If your company uses VNC software, they can watch your desktop and every move you make! Do your job and play when you get home!
