Subway is the best. I also like Wendy's chili, it is low fat. Captain D's broiled shrimp plater is wonderful and low in fat.

I would say Subway and then Quiznos. Sandwhiches that are made with whole grain bread and pile high with vegetables. If your going to McDonald, Burger King or etc.. Try the salads with low fat dressing or vingarett. Or get a potatoes instead of fries. drop the pop, milk shakes and even some juices and get water. Most of them have fruit and some have yogurt order the in place of that burger and fry. Maybe you can even get grilled chicken or fish and leave the meat alone all together. I even heard that Burger king has a Grilled Veggie burger. Mostly stay far away from the fried food. But i would say cook you own food that way you know how good or bad it is Good Luck....

Probably Subways, but you could buy a salad at McDonald's, or Wendy's. Really all of the fast food restaurants have healthy foods, it just depends on what you buy.

It is best to avoid Subway, their meat is not fresh. It is sliced at their factory. People have been known to get sick from eating Subway's spoiled meat.
If you must eat a sub, Jersey Mike's is much better as they slice their meat fresh for each sub.

Pick Up Stix, everything is freshly woked. Plus, you can get tofu (yum)!
They're not everywhere though, we got them in AZ about 3 or 4 years ago. Before that, we would eat there when we went to Cali
