they're already on top form... larsson would just add to the misery of every other team being beaten (just hope they don't beat arsenal!!)

I thin if Larsson gets a chance at Man U he will be a great signing for the 3 months for them.

I watched this guy play for Celtic each week and without doubt one of the best strikers and finishers in the game. You give him a chance and he will take it. He also showed this when he came on in the Champions league final and changed the game.

I think if he gets off to a good start the signing could be made more permanant.

I think Larrson will give them that extra boost to stay top and secure the league for themselves. Itll be half way through the season when the players are getting a little tired and may need a break, so he will come play so saha and rooney could have a lil rest in soem games and they should still hopefully stay top. Whereas a teram like Chelsea woudn't need him as they have that many players through their money they can pick reserves out who could be classed as class.

its a gd buy giving man u hv only two so called 'proven' strikers. larrson is the main backup for rooney n saha so if one of those 2 got injured or not in form larrson can replace him n give him a kick on his backside. larrson has the experience n in terms of 'depth' he can take the team forward that lil' bit... but as a huge striking force, sorry its a big ' no no'... well i still think its a great loan but i cant c him betters Ole at the end of the day(ys im Oles fan..as most man u fans..XP)....

Henrik Larsson will give them the extra option upfront if they need to change things around, as shown during his time with Barcelona. A very astute acquisition, I'd say.

Larrson is the 2nd most skillful striker at Man Utd .Ferguson has done a good deal there.

Odiously they do need him,as they got beat in there last game by a poor West Ham side, come on mate, you got a great side but there is nothing wrong with adding a world class striker to your team, and with the chances you have been missing this is the guy that would have put them away.

I knw its hard to imagine man. u. getting any better but it can't hurt to try ;). i've never watched larsson too much but i know he's a world class striker.

we have been having a few probs applying the final touch in front of goal since van nistelrooy our hitman left.

he should be a good addition.

just wish it were more permanent.....anyway...

he's scored targets everywhere he's been - Sweden, much less so in Holland to be easy, yet actual in Scotland and Spain. His age is a controversy and he's had six months winding down his occupation lower back in Sweden - you ask your self how sharp he would be and how plenty p.c.. he has now. yet he substitute into nonetheless scoring targets final season at Barca and there substitute into communicate of bringing him lower back whilst Eto'o have been given injured and Gudjonnson wasn't scoring, so... i think of, on condition that United purely have 2 totally greater healthful strikers, a participant of his calibre, along with his abilty to end, can purely be a solid signing. i think of it particularly is an inspired determination to get him in.

HENRIK LARSSON AS A PLAYER IS RESPECTABLE AND OVER THE YEARS NO ONE CAN DEFY HIS ABILITY BUT HIS TIME HAS COME AND I DONT THINK BY HIM JOINING MAN UTD WILL DO ANY BETTER.FERGIE SHOULD LOOK FOR YOUNG UPCOMING STRIKERS WHO WILL SING ALONG TO THE RYTHM AND WRATH OF LOUIS SAHA AND ROONEY BOY PREFERABLY SOMEONE LIKE FLOURENT MALOUDA
