What is the tuning for Pantera albums: "Cowboys from Hell" and "Vulgar Display of Power"?

I think "CFH" was primarily dropped D tuning, where all the other strings were standard pitch and the low E was dropped 1 whole step - at least thats what i got in fooling around with some of the songs. "Vulgar" might be the same thing , but a few songs seem different - i suspect this may be due to Darrel just picking up the guitar at the moment and tuning the guitar relatively to itself, being flatter than what he was using maybe the day before, but tuned to itself never the less.
