Contact your states legal aid assoc. for any pro-bono attorneys in your area or contact a Paralegal who can help you for a whole lot less than an atty and is just as good. I can tell you from experience that the courts will probably turn you down due to numerous motions filed before now and unless you have real concrete evidnece proving your ex unfit like accused and charged of child or drug/mental abuse. The courts may view this as harassment between two divorced people and is a waste of the courts time unless you can prove the above and this is definitely the last time and that your the better parent for your children. Violation of visitation rights and fewer phone calls wont justify changing custody this time. But if you feel you have a strong case, then file it yourself again and save your money as I have a feeling youll need it soon. Good luck and Merry Christmas

i imagine you probably did the right element. your little ones are likely afraid. They see him hurting his spouse, someone he's suposed to love , they'd concern he will damage them too. also, you've a tendency to settle for what you strengthen up round. in the adventure that they see this they're going to both do it themselves or finally end up in abusive relationships. Your activity as a figure is to do the perfect on your little ones. conserving them out of a risky issue is the right area of do. He desires help and a choose will likely order supervised visits and anger administration. enable the courtroom order it, this way he can deny all he needs, he could get help.
