Did anyone bother to ask Karl why he had his starters still in the game when they had a huge lead towards the end? In baseball,when you steal second with a 12 run lead it's considered disrespect,in football when you pass when you have a five TD lead with two minutes remaining it's disrespect.Doesn't basketball have unwritten rules as well?

It was disrespect to run up the score, but there was no need to escalate the incident into a fight. Nate Robertson of the Knicks instigated the fight, that was after the Marty Collins kid made the foul. Just another sorry episode for the pathetic Knicks.

Right, if you steal in baseball with a big lead, you will get thrown at next time you play that team, and that is considered ok in the baseball world...in the nba, it should be considered ok to foul someone hard for running up the score.

Basketball isn't as respectful of others as baseball and football are. Just the nature of the game. Mostly thugs playing the game these days anyway.

disrespect or not....enough with all the whining....the knicks got their *** beat. Be a MAN and take it on the chin...zeke was notorious for being a dirty player....i dont doubt he instigated the situation....he's a stubborn little kid who only thinks of himself, just like all the 'point' guards on his team...nate robinson being the worst....can anyone say napolean syndrome??....lil guy was by far the biggest instigator of the whole thing (not to take anything away from melo's stupidity).....zeke and the knicks are an embarassment to the league....oh and one more thing about the lil guy...he won the dunk contest out of pity, not skill......"OOOOHHHH look at the midget jump so high!!.....he's so cute and small, he deserves to win!!" no mercy is for pussy's. you play the game to win. if you beat them last time by 25 or 30 then next time you play that team your guys might play-up to expectations because you beat them so bad before
