I would think I jump higher if I jump with two feet.
If running, I do not think that I jump higher than when standing still, I just jump "longer".
At least that's the feeling I get, but I have not often had the opportunity to measure my jumps. And I don't jump that much in the first place anyway.

Two, doubled p/f of torque and when they are running because of same reason.
If I were being chased by a lion, I would certainly use two feet to get me into that tree where he would still eventually make me his dinner and I would certainly make a running leap and not just stand at the base of the tree and hope I leap high enough and fast enough to not be killed instantly.

2 ft will push you off the floor larger. leaping has each and everything to do with your legs. subsequently why gamers hardly bounce off one leg for a jumpshot, because of the fact they want the elevation utilising the two ft to upward thrust up larger. they only take one step jumps whilst they want that extra step to get to the basket for a layin or dunk.
