Like before or after Christmas, give me your opinions and why.

If you don't mind waiting in line real early in the morning or camping out, then get it before Christmas because every day that passes by, you're missing out on Zelda, and you'll be backlogged because new games are coming in every week.
If you don't want to camp or get to the store really early, then wait until it's readily available. You're not missing out on too much if you don't get the Wii now. The only game really worth buying is Zelda.

Check Tuesdays right when the store open. You will never know when they get them. yesturday morning I was out at my local target from 4:10am to 8am to get one.
