I recently ordered balloons & a box of chocolate for my husband for our anniversary. When he called to thank me, I was surprised to discover they had sent a little bag of candy instead of the box of chocolate. Their website advertizes a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I took the issue up with them. The only reason I went with this particular company rather than 1800 Flowers (which I normally use) is because of this balloon/chocolate deal. Also, their Substitution disclaimer only talks about flowers and vases, does not mencion chocolates. The reply I got from CS was that they could only refund me the delivery fee.
Should I accept their offer? Personally, I think this sucks...
