Can anyone give me the positive and negative aspects of Greeley? Is the surrounding area beautiful (trees, mountains)? How are the housing prices and crime?

Thank you for the info everyone! I've been viewing pictures of Evergreen, Co and it's so beautiful there! I bet homes are expensive? Is there towns close to Evergreen? Thank you.

Greeley is fine. It is home of one of the largest slaughtering plants in the world so you don't want to live very close to that. Tehe views are very nice. It is less expensive than Ft. Collins or Loveland.

It smells bad in Greeley. View is nice though.

I'm about 45 miles from there. It's not the best town... Ft Collins and Loveland are much nicer
