Texas would be one of the last states to legalize the good stuff

either way i don't think a mass exodus or entrance would take place

imagine how much money the govt would make if it would legalize marijuana

I blame the church

None. The US has been the primary force behind worldwide marijuana prohibition for the last 70 years. If the US was no longer pushing, most other countries would change their laws in short order. Several have tried to legalize or decriminalize marijuana already, but stopped when the US officials started pressuring them.

More people would move in. and the crime rate would go down and farmers would make a mint.

Why?

Cause all you want to do is eat and lay down. It would be good for the economy, give people jobs and stop all this drug and gun running. Everyone would be watching Half Baked on HBO and eating doritos. LOL

I think for every person that moves out about 90 would move in.. LOL

That would be so cool. I'm tired of sneaking around and smoking behind closed doors. I have been to Amsterdam - barely any crime whatsoever. Hash bars, legalized prostitution - what more could you ask for. Everybody on chill mode because they are getting lifted and laid.

I think that people would just drive to Texas and buy it. Just like where I live. (Kansas) they just did last year legalize beer sales on Sunday. 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM only. SO we just drove to Missouri or Oklahoma to buy beer if we wanted it on Sundays.

I have to move to the south. I'm in the midwest, Texas sounds good right now.

I can't imagine many people would make such a great of a move as immigrating or emigrating for something so petty. I believe it would definitely increase tourism, though.
