If you're not saying anything, no. If you said something then they have to give you a contract to sign giving them permission to show you on national tv.

Anything involved with the police you don't need permission. They used to like on the show Cops & sometimes they will if the defendant was proven not guilty, but otherwise they show everything. Besides was the show you were caught on To Catch a Predator because those guys DEFINATELY don't sign a waiver! And they shouldn't have to anyways!

Well think about it...I mean celebrities are filmed and photographed all the time unknowingly and it's aired on the internet and in those magazines you see while you're in line in the checkout isle. They can't do anything about it and neither can you or I. There's your answer, hope it helps you.

if it was a sting id say yes oh bot nothing u can do u just draw more attiction to u self i would take my pc and have it wiped clean too oh boy nothing u can do except stay cloan n move too!change phones or get a cellid grow eyes in the back of my head too!

I think it depends whether or not there was an expectation of privacy. If you were out in public it would be fine however if you were in a house where you had a reasonable expectation to privacy, they would need to get your consent.

they can use the footage, but they have to pixel out or censor your face. it's illegal, without your permission.
