In my experience incontinence pants worn under very baggy trousers. It helps to develop a funny swagger when walking (before soiling yourself) so when the s**t kicks in, no-one can ever tell the difference.
You'll find, after a short while, that soiling yourself becomes second nature and often serves as a distinct benefit to you. No more visits to unsavoury toilets in the park (no more George Michael wannabees jumping out on you), more productivity at work - no need for a toilet break, and after a couple of weeks you tend to get seats to yourself on the train due to the aroma you begin to generate.
Be sure to find a large open space when untying the incontinence pads as the sluice will make an unholy mess.
Only down side is that the sex life tends to wane unless you find a like-minded female........

Two things -
1. To mask the smell, spray perfume across yourself frequently. If people question this, simply say 'Wouldn't you like to know'
2. Adopt a John Wayne walk, which will keep the faecal matter stable in your pants and avoid seepage. Tell people you're doing this for charity.

Carry a jacket or sweater with you. If you soil yourself, just tie the jacket around you to conceal it.

champagne you will do one day it comes to everyone when the muscles cant be so effective as when your at the age you are and as for concealing Neil just one answer wear thin diaps and not everyones urine smells so dont need the freshners and of course people haven't lost the habit of shower every morning

Reposition the extra cargo to the front of your pants, from the outside of your pants grabbed the bulge while making ridiculous comments like , Word up dog,ssshiiiiiiii,dis wu my baby mama need ssshiiiii you want some two ssshiiiiiiii
