I am a mother of a 12 yr old girl, and was once a teenager myself not long ago. My mother took me to our family doctor for birthcontrol as soon as I expressed any interest in it (age 14), no questions asked. If my daughter left a magazine open, or even left a note with the words 'the pill' on it, I would take her to the doctor also, with no questions asked. I would leave condoms in convenient places for her also.
Moms - I do not think preaching to your child will help much when it comes to preventing teenage sex; but I do believe that providing options and education will help them make wiser decisions, even though they may not necessarily be the wisest ones.

I don't know where you live. I live in Canada and the laws here say that doctors cannot share information with your parents. I went on birth control at that age (I'm 30 now) however my mother was snooping in my room and found my pills. She scolded me but I turned it around and said "how can you be upset with me when I am being responsible?". Please make sure you are also using condoms so you do not get a sexually transmitted disease.
One other point, if you and your mother have a good relationship, you may want to talk to her about it. She would probably not react as badly as you think. Remember, she was your age once and probably wished she had a mother she could talk to, possibly about the same thing. Good luck.

How old are you? That may effect the answers and options.
Go to planned parenthood or your local clinic and request the pill or another form of birth control. You may need to go through an exam first to get it, though. So be prepared (which is a good thing to do anyway).

You don't. . . it's a prescription required medication (unless you are over 18 then you can go to the doctor and get it prescribed for you). Why would you want to (as if I didn't know). There is NO safe sex prevention method period. That might not help you anyway. Hopefully you are smart enough not to have sex until then (and you would be better to wait until you are married).

Go to this website to find out what the restrictions are in your state. If they are no restrictions then you can go to planned parenthood or a health department with out parents consent.

you do not have to have secret like this from your mom, and you have to know that even with birth control ppl get pregnant.
I think you have to talk to you mom abut it, and my advise is do not have sex before marriage or at least before you are in a serious relationship and able to take care of a baby
