Ok well #1 you shouldn't check your own cervix... that is for a Gyno to do with a speculum and such. You won't be able to detect anything without the correct tools and well, we cant move our bodies to correctly see in there any way.

The white cream stuff is your natural lubrication. Every female has a natural lubrication which for some can be thicker and come out more often and others can be less noticeable. It isn't anything to be concerned about.

When it is time to be concerned: Whey it has an odor or if it is yellow or green, and If you get any itching or burning sensations.

Okay after reading the some answers I have my own. That white thick creamy tacky discharge does not automatically mean that you are pregnant. Most women have that when they are not ovulating it's your bodies natural spermacide. But since you are asking about it like you have never experience this before I would say yes you are pregnant and this discharge will continue through out your pregnancy, it's to pretect bacteria from reaching the cervix. Just so you know when you are ovulating your discharge will be like egg whites, clear and slimy like. You don't want to touch your cervix, leave that to the doc. for health reasons. Take a test and call your doctor if it's +. If the test is neg and you are concerned call you OB and talk to them about it, it could be the start of an infection if you're not prego.
Congrats if you are!

Well I started off having the same thing and it ended up and was first signs of a yeast infection!! If it gets like VERY thick and you become tender or itchy down there treat it ASAP. I would also say that it is normal for every women to have discharge!! I would not think anything of it unless you notice any of the symptoms above.

sounds like cervical mucas. which is good. Creamy cervical mucas is fertile so if you are trying to conceive start doing the Baby Dance!
