Jaden Yuki duelist pack is good for getting the basic cards for a e-hero deck but elemntal energy is good at getting fusions for e-heros

Buy the Jaden packs. You'll be able to get twice as many packs and so you have a better chance of getting E-Heros you want. C.C.'s suggestion to buy Magician's Force was meant well but in most places Magician's Force is scarce and is more expensive than other packs. The only pack more expensive than Magician's Force is Dark Crisis.
