I am flying to the Bahamas this Friday at 2:50 (Ft. Lauderdale) what time should I get to the airport?

Get to the Airport around noon to allow for long lines due to a large Holiday crowd and heavy security. Have a nice flight and enjoy your trip. Have a great Holiday!

about 1 1/2 hours, to 2 hours is a good rule. just make sure what you are wearing doesn't construe with the metal detctors...no likes the creepy security guard to strip search them!

3 hours as you aren't just flying domestic. Give yourself some time...bring a book if you get through quicker.

at least 2 hours if not more, my son flew out of Santa Ana, was supposed to leave Saturday early morning, didn't leave till Sunday, wasted a whole freaking day of leave
