Help:How do I remove a web portal I don't want?

I have 2 web portals I dont want My Web and now Drop Spam. I have gone into the control panel to delete DropSpam and its Icons, The Icons have disappeared .How do I get rid of the tool bar? I dont even see My Web in the control panel list.

It is sounding like you have an unwanted toolbar in your browser. If so, you can download and install a spyware removal program.
Spybot S&D is pretty good.

Use it carefully. Know what you are doing before flagging anything to be fixed. But you can get rid of toolbars with it. They show up as browser helper objects. BHOs.
