Probably tons more than you would think, but it's hard to tell due to the taboo associated with sex-for-money in Western culture. There are as many different kinds of sex work as there are kinds of sex; exotic dancing/stripping, sex phone work, professional BDSM domination, high-class escort work, and finally (and the least common form, ironically), street prostitutution or "hooking". And it also depends on what you consider sex. If you consider watching sexy young women wear bikinis and throw pies at each other as sex (and believe me, there are men who do) then that kinda complicates the question, doesn't it? :)
