Toe Raises: Stand with your toes on a stair and let your heels sink downward. Push back up on your tippy-toes, and repeat several times. You can do this holding dumbbells to increase the difficulty.

Squats: Bend at the knees, keeping your head upright and back as straight as possible. Add weights or do it on an exercise machine designed for such things.

Well the simplest is the most obvious... just jump. What can be helpful in conjunction with jumping is improved core balance. Pilates and Yoga are exercises that can be helpful at developing core balance. Good balance means you can control your jump well, so you can be accurate if you are playing a sport that depends on jumping like volleyball or basketball.

There are several workout programs/devices out there that work amazingly, but are expensive. I have used Jumpsoles and they are great. i gaind 10 inches on my vertical jumo in two months!

You need to get leg weights and run in them daily. Calf and Thigh exercises also.

to jump higer try doing plyometric exercises such as jump squats etc.

try jumping as high as you can go everyday and u will improove
