The full sentence is grammatically correct. If of course you are referring to the actual question "Is this sentence grammatically correct" then in fact it is a question not a sentence.

Hope this was helpful

The word screeched is not being used correctly that is like a high pitched scream that isn't an actual word like "AH" so instead you should use yelled!

I don't know...

Where the devil... puzzles me. I know it's a common term, but is it right? If Devil is the name of a person, then it should be capped, but since where is modifying devil it's alluding that devil is a place.

If Ty is an owl, then screeching is fine. Otherwise, screamed, yelled, etc would be 'better'

"Where did you come from?, screamed Ty as he backed away from the closet."

"screeched" can be used if u put an exclamation point at the end of your quote to express what it is intended for..And also, delete the comma after "Ty", it should be continuous(,screeched Ty as he backed away........)

Before I answer this, I have a question- is the word 'from' a prepostion? If so, sentences should not end in prepositions.

So, this is my proposal "From where the devil did you come?"
It is not as 'good' as your sentence, but I think my sentence would be grammatically correct....

It's gramatically correct, but you might want to consider changing `screeched' to screamed. You could also change it to `Ty said' or `Ty exclaimed.'
