It has to BePhil Taylor who is the better of two.
But I think Eric Bristow would have given him a game when he was in his prime in the 80's.
They are both great players of their eras.

Bristow took darts to another level in the 80's but for me its a no brainer - Taylor is a class above anyone else in the darts world.
Then again the money, competition and motivation probably wasn't there as much in the 80's, take that aside and it would be a close call.

without a doubt it has to be Taylor. Eric was good in he's hayday but Phil the power is just a human arrow throwing machine!!!
