is it easy to play or is it really just for people that dont go out alot? can you just muck around on it if you dont fancy playing properly? and will it work on my laptop?

Yeah, its pretty fun and you can muck about a lot - especially if you download free ware add-ons such as fighter jets and the like. I highly recommend it, although you may find a laptop too small and slow to run it to its' full extent, a high powered PC would be ideal, but it will run perfectly on a 450mhz processor and 128 mb ram. If you do get it, I strongly recommend getting a fighter joystick to go with it for the full experience. It's great fun!

Ive recently started playing 2004,& yes you can mess about all you want you can go anywhere in the world,& if you go on to your flight map route you can move aircraft forward so you dont have to do it in real time.I have played on a lap top & it is a bit slow also you need a joy stick,Im useing XBOX 360 pad with usb plug.
2002 is cheap but 2004 is worth a bit extra.

450mhz???? no it will not run properly on that speed. My 1.7ghz was struggling with fs2004.
