The reason I can see it being a problem is that I'm one of those people with a severe cat allergy and asthma. If we worked together and you brought your cat, I would have to leave within 3 minutes or I would be covered in hives, my eyes would water and itch and swell shut and I would have difficulty breathing. This is more than a minor inconvenience for me. It can end up being life-threatening (which is why it's also very horrible when people sneak their pet cats into hotel rooms because they think it won't harm anything. The dander left behind can really be a problem for a future guest, and no amount of cleaning really gets rid of it all.) I can't imagine it would be very pleasant for your kitty to have to spend the half day in a strange environment either, so I just wonder why you would want to do this anyways. That's just my take on it, but I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear.

KEEP YOUR PU$$Y HOME LADY!
I just read your other questions in which you asked about having a Christmas cat party and dipping your cat in donut glaze. Now I see you want to bring him to work as well. Based on that information alone I've decided that not only are you odd, but are in fact an official CRAZY CAT LADY! That fact that your cat even owns special clothes is weird enough let alone the fact that you want to bring him to work.
I suggest you join an interest group for cat lovers and meet a nice guy or girl who shares your cat love. That way you and your cats can show off their "special outfits" on dates with them. If you already have a significant other model your kitty couture for them only. That way you don't bother your co-workers.
I am allergic to cats and hate them with the heated passion of 1000 suns. I also share a office with a cat lady and she ever brought her cat to work I would probably accidentally throw hot coffee on it. So again I say LEAVE YOUR PU$$Y HOME.

I have a little dog that goes to work with me frequently. You just need to clear it with your boss. My boss loves my little dog and I've trained him to stay in my office even with the door open. Everyone loves to come in and see Gizmo when he is at work with me. I don't think you are crazy at all. The sweater may be a little over the top, does the cat really need a sweater?

Lets face it. People who own pets consider them better than humanbeings. Now don't get me wrong, I love animals but considering 11 million people dying of hunger it is absured to have clothes for cats let alone medical facilities, warm place to live etc. I think animals should be left int hewild and put this money to use for some hungry poor people let alone the advice of bringing your cat to work adn stuff. Yeh, it will go well if you are the boss and no one is going to tell what I said becuase they ar enot going to offend you.

It doesn't seem odd. It just seems like you love your cat. It may not be a problem based on where you work so just ask your boss. One lady I work with brought her dog to the office, but it was only for a little while. She stopped by and could have left him in the car but she brought him in and showed him off. Everyone thought it was fun. We don't ever deal with the public in our office though and that makes a huge difference.

and yes, I'd think it was a little odd

i think you would have to check and see if there is a company policy and then see if anyone in your office is allergic to cats
