My record time for talking on the phone is 10 minutes, however, that's not to say that I'm not hung up on the phone for much longer LISTENING to the woes of others. My record time for "listening" would be five hours straight. A woman I know was going through a divorce. She called me at 1 in the a.m. and I didn't hang up until 6 something. As a result of that, she felt so-o-o-o much better, while I felt drained.

14 hours, 6 minutes, and 32 seconds. My girlfriend and I in college got into an arguement on the phone and I threw the handset down and walked out after 5 hours of the BS. I came back 3 hours later and she was still on the line. 6 hours later all was good.
