That happened to me once. I had a dream that I was kidnapped and taken to a nudist beach. There were all these naked men and women walking around, and then this guy tried to make a move on me... well, I had that dream like 1 or 2 years ago, but it was soo like perverted and scary that I still have it stuck in my head. Well, u can't do anything about it. Just let time erase it, and make sure u dunt tell anybody that u knoe, becuz that wuld be even more embarassing. lol

I once had a dream that I was an oriental prostitute that 'serviced' american GI's in some war....and no, I hadn't just watched a similar movie! LOL That one kind of worried me, cuz I started thinking about past lives.
Last night...I dreamt that I wore my brownish pink lip gloss as eye shadow. Eew, that was a gooey mess.
Get yourself a dream book. I have 2 of them and they both come in useful. They are like a 'dictionary' for dreams...you pick out the symbols that really stood out in the dream, and look them up to see what they might mean for you. I think one of my books told me to see psychological assistance when I read about having a dream within a dream - eek!
Dreams are strange and exciting...it's like a new adventure every time...free of charge for the entertainment, too! You get to experience things, go places, etc that you'd never get to do in real life....sometimes you get to hang out with people in your past that you haven't seen in ages. I think I only have one grandparent that hasn't had something to discuss with me in a 'dream' after their death! I love being a creative dreamer.
Keep a notepad and pen beside your bed. Most people don't remember their dreams for more than a couple minutes after they wake up....so write details down soon as you wake up! :)

talk about the dream with someone and see if you can "normalize" it for your brain. The subconscious is in charge of your dreams. Trying not to think about something only pushes it into that realm and causes your brain to play it over again. Once you've been open about the dream and talked about it with someone, that should ease your mind's need to keep going over and over it again. Just acknowledge that it was creepy but keep talking about it, or writing about it until it ceases to bother you. Journaling is a great and non-embarrassing way of getting a dream out of your head, if you're too shy to talk about it with someone you trust.

Every time you think about the images from the dream, try to think of something even more nasty and perverted that wasn't in the dream. Seriously, it works.

Dreams are the brain going haywire while the body is at rest. King of like a brain defragging.

I used to have dreams of being naked. I was told that it was a sign of low self image. So I went to a nudist camp and my self image improved greatly. So, now when I have those dreams of being naked I am confident about it. Just kidding, now I don't have those dreams of being naked. Does that help?
