You have to set up tab stops. Go to the Format menu and select Tabs. Set the tab stop as a "right tab" and select the Leader you want to use. When you tab to that tab stop, it will display the periods.

Tabs is one way that will work. WordPerfect lets you make columns on the page. That would work super! See if WORD lets you create columns.

(they end up invisible, no lines after you save the file)

i think what your looking for is.....exactly what your doing....if it was me i would use excell to make my list....its in a much constructive form than word is...but if you must use word, try and space things the best you can by using the Tab button...just press it the same amount of times on every line....try using excell first and seein if it works better....good luck :)

I would either set up tabs or put everything in a table (and hide the gridlines).

you have to set up tab stops. For that go to format and choose tabulation and set up your tab stop and choose if you want "...." or "-----" or "_______" or nothing in between
