I was watching a t.v. program recently where a woman had a colonic, and some other procedures which cleansed all her internal body organs. I would like to have this done by professionals but I am not sure what this process is called. I live in Milwaukee, WI and have asked around and no one knows what I'm talking about. Can someone please help?? Thanks.

Colonics is a bit embarrasing if you are at all modest there is an excellent cleanse called the 5 day nutritive cleanse at www.youngliving.com/MARYKING1 it will clense your system and provide your body with all the nutrients it needs I personally prefer this over colonics

It's called a "high colonic". It can be done by anyone trained who has the equipment. There are other less intrusive ways to clean out your digestive system. Try drinking 5 glasses of water with lemon juice every day. I have heard that this will cleanse your whole body if you do it for a month. Even if you get the colonic, the lemon water cleanse will keep you clean afterwards.

Well, there's an enema (you can get this at the local drug store), there is also a colonic irrigation which in effect is the same thing. There is also colonic hydrocleansing. -- All three things are basically the same -- a way to clean the insides. Below are two websites for your reference.
